1847Financial Awards Leaders in Charleston, South Carolina and Shares Growth Strategy for 2024

By Thor Parks, Firm Director, 1847Financial

Our firm leaders gathered in Charleston, South Carolina, to celebrate another record-breaking year in 2023 and align around our goals and business plan for 2024. Our agenda was filled with Powered Up expertise, along with new concepts and solutions tailored to help our financial professionals meet the concerns of those they serve and continue their success.

Key highlights of our meeting included strong coaching sessions from the Penn Mutual Practice Development Team, led by Jen Viscosi. Steffani Crawley and Tina Spenzos conducted two sessions, helping our leaders evaluate their successes in 2023 and identify opportunities for improvement and growth in 2024.

We received product updates and strategies from our Wholesalers, Mike Siebecker and Shawn McConnell. We learned of new marketing opportunities from Steve Hasson from the Penn Mutual Marketing Team, we received an update on the economy from Bret Hoag of Mariner Wealth Advisors, and we fine-tuned our Leap® planning skills with Al Dickens. Then we topped the training off with a session from Advance Sales Leader, Bill Bell.

Everyone enjoyed some free time on Friday afternoon to explore Charleston before our Awards Celebration Dinner downtown at the legendary High Cotton Restaurant.
