The 2024 Women in Insurance & Financial Services (WIFS) Conference in Philadelphia was an empowering and unforgettable event. This year’s conference brought together leading voices in the industry for three days of inspiration, learning, and networking, and we're proud that 1847Financial played a key role alongside Penn Mutual, a WIFS Partner for Excellence sponsor.

Day 1: An Exciting Start
The first day kicked off with a lineup of incredible speakers who shared valuable insights about leadership, growth, and innovation in the financial services industry. Day 2: Americana-Themed Reception and Networking Fun
Day 2 brought a full day of amazing speakers and topics and even more excitement, especially with the Americana-themed reception. The event featured a lively karaoke session, delicious food, and plenty of opportunities to connect with other professionals. Attendees enjoyed the chance to relax, have fun, and make meaningful connections. Networking in such a fun and informal setting allowed everyone to bond over shared experiences, building relationships that will last beyond the conference.

Day 3: Showcasing 1847Financial Talent
The final day of the conference was a particularly proud moment for 1847Financial as two of our own were featured.

Tina Spenzos led a breakout session titled "Unlocking Your Entrepreneurial Potential: Building a Business Owner Mindset." The session attracted a packed room of attendees eager to learn how to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset in their own practices. The high level of engagement and the thoughtful questions that followed were a testament to Tina’s insightful and motivating presentation.

Adding to the excitement, Jenna Washatka took to the stage to present a Big Idea to the entire conference crowd. Her bold and innovative discussion on authenticity as a competitive advantage resonated with the audience. It was a moment of pride for everyone at 1847Financial to see our team members leading the conversation at such a prestigious event.
