Attendees had the opportunity to browse sponsor booths during breaks. The Products team was well represented by Riley Thornburgh, life and annuity updates, and a panel discussion with the “Product Pit Crew,” including Jon Ernst, Nikki Hammett, & a double dose of Riley Thornburgh.

Day 1 wrapped up in true Nashville fashion—with great food, laughter, and a little friendly competition. Attendees gathered at Kings Dining & Entertainment, and enjoyed Southern fried chicken sliders, libations, and friendly bowling competition as new and old colleagues bonded.

Accelerate: Collaboration, Strategy, and Vision
Day 2 began with Managing Director Jegir Salman sharing his passion for the LEAP model and its profound impact on families—illustrating how it can truly change lives.

Amy Provezis, Regional Marketing Manager, announced the updated and exciting Marketing Offerings. Being new to supporting the Nashville firm, the warm welcome and southern hospitality she received from local leadership and financial professionals, made it easy to forge new relationships.

Ben Stewart inspired with a session on the “Rocks Concept”—urging advisors to establish clear priorities and personal business plans for the close of 2025 and the year ahead. His message was simple yet powerful: clarity creates speed.

Trent Fortner, Founder of the Game Time Coaching Program, delivered an engaging, humor-filled session packed with analogies and success stories from his years helping advisors improve client conversations, overcome objections, and accelerate growth.

The day’s lineup also featured the HTK Pit Crew Panel, including Micah Wei, Lori Bogatz, Rosie Keller, and Jim Cooney, who shared how to integrate 1847Financial’s holistic wealth management and financial planning services into advisor practices.
