2025 Nashville Spring Summit Recap: A Celebration of Growth, Strategy & Collaboration

On April 2-3, 1847Financial’s Nashville team welcomed advisors, partners, and thought leaders from across the region for our 2025 Spring Summit at SpringHill Suites in Brentwood, TN. The two-day event, themed around connection, growth, and innovation, was a powerful reflection of our mission to Make Lives Better Because We Care.

Day One Highlights – Strategy Meets Heart

The Summit began with a heartfelt welcome, featuring a prayer, the National Anthem, and the Pledge of Allegiance, setting a respectful and uplifting tone for the two days ahead, filled with inspiration and strategic insight.

Kicking off Wednesday morning, Dewane Lewis welcomed attendees with insight into the evolving landscape of financial services, followed by a compelling keynote from Dr. Tom Wall, who brought 21 years of industry wisdom and a deep dive into protection-based wealth accumulation strategies.

Fireside Chat: Real Talk on Real Partnerships

One of the most relatable sessions featured Brandon Goswick and Nate Dean, who shared how friendship and shared values can evolve into a thriving business partnership, offering real-life takeaways for advisors looking to grow through collaboration.

Growth Tactics that Stick

Julie Mullarkey and Steffani Crawley explored the nuances of organic growth in modern practices.
● Dewane Lewis inspired attendees with a “business owner mindset” approach to building their practice.
● A powerhouse panel featuring Donny Schmitt, Larry Roby, Scott Lewis, and BrockFortner focused on actionable strategies to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and increased engagement.

Day one closed with a recognition of our shared achievements and excitement for what was to come. That evening, attendees gathered for the NashVegas Reception, hosted at the new 1847Financial-Nashville office. The celebration featured lively casino games, custom NashVegas chips, and crowd-favorite Hattie B’s Hot Chicken, bringing a perfect blend of fun, flavor, and connection to cap off the day.

Day Two – Innovation and Recognition

The second day began with awards and recognition, reinforcing the importance of celebrating the hard work and milestones of our financial professionals.

Keynote: Curtis Cloke on Income Planning

Internationally recognized speaker Curtis Cloke delivered a highly anticipated keynote on advanced retirement income planning. His session was not only informative but also a timely reminder of the value we provide to clients in uncertain markets.

State of the Union + Strategic Vision

Jeff Wells presented a “State of the Union” address, sharing his best practices and plans as the top-producing financial professional for 1847Financial-Nashville.

Afternoon Breakouts and Big Ideas

Jim Cooney shared practical steps to integrate financial planning seamlessly into practice operations.
