1847Financial – Nashville Celebrates 10 Years at the 2026 Impact Summit

What started as a “from scratch” office 10 years ago has grown into a thriving community of more than 100 financial professionals — and this year’s Impact Summit served as both a celebration of that journey and a launchpad for the next decade of growth.

Hosted by the Nashville firm leadership team, the 10-Year Anniversary Summit brought together 75 attendees, including financial professionals, local leadership, and enterprise members. Shaped by financial professional feedback, the event delivered two high-energy days featuring 19 sessions focused on education, best practices, and meaningful peer collaboration.

At its core, the Summit reflected what sets 1847Financial Nashville apart: a culture of impact, collaboration, and a commitment to “Making Lives Better Because We Care.”

A Decade of Growth Worth Celebrating

Ten years ago, the Nashville office opened with a vision and entrepreneurial spirit. Today, it has evolved into a dynamic organization of 100+ financial professionals supported by a growth-focused enterprise.

Energy remained high throughout the event, with attendees actively sharing ideas, engaging between sessions, and learning from both speakers and peers.

Keynote Speakers Inspire Growth and Innovation

A standout element of the Summit was the keynote lineup, each offering actionable insights and industry perspective.

  • Jennifer Fox (VP, Finseca) provided updates from Washington and guidance on educating clients amid regulatory change.
  • Bob Castiglione (LEAP® Founder) shared how the LEAP® model drives productivity while strengthening client confidence.
  • Al Dickens (Sr. Partner & Director of Training) and Amy Bryant (Director, Advanced Sales, Penn Mutual) shared impactful case studies and sales ideas.

These sessions reinforced a central Summit theme: sustainable growth happens when financial professionals are equipped with the right people, processes, and strategies.
