Marcille Crossland has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years.  She provides insurance and investment advice to match the goals and objectives of her clients.  She enjoys working with individuals, families and small businesses helping them develop the proper balance of insurance and investments for their individual needs.

After extensive analysis, she is able to make recommendations, helping them to protect their long term goals as they plan for retirement.  Long Term Care Insurance analysis is one of her goals protecting client’s assets and answering questions on aging.  All client reviews are held annually, assessing their changing goals, and re-evaluating their investment risk.

Marcille is a member of National Association of Independent and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), American Association for Long Term Care Insurance (AALTCI) and attends annual conferences to obtain continuing education when they are offered.  After extensive study, Marcille has earned the designation of Life Underwriting Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF) and every two years re-certifies for the PA Partnership Training, so she is eligible to offer Long Term Care Insurance to her clients.

Marcille is also a member of Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS), which is an organization that empowers and connects women in the industry.  Annual conferences offer continuing education in the various fields, along with sales and marketing techniques.  She is also a member of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce  and is currently serving on the Executive Board of Directors for Prima Theatre, a local non-profit promoting cultural experiences through theatre.

She lives in Lancaster with her husband, Kermit. They have four grown children and seven grandchildren.  They have lived in the Manheim Township area since 1985.  They enjoy traveling to Hawaii as often as possible.
